We, the undersigned citizens, wish to notify the Mountain View City Council and the City Parks & Recreation Commission that we are in favor of an off-leash area for Dog Owners and their pets to gather for socialization and exercise. As taxpayers of the City we feel this area is a necessary amenity equivalent to playgrounds for children, sports fields and courts, or group picnic areas.
